This policy explains what personal data we receive through alloydigital.com.ua, why we use it and what rights you have.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is individual entrepreneur Dmytro Oleksandrovych Kravchuk, RNOKPP 3331919096 (“we”, “the studio”). Data protection contact: policy@alloydigital.com.ua.
2. What we collect
When you submit the brief form: your name, phone number or email, message, the selected project type and budget range, the site language and the page the form was sent from.
Attribution data: campaign parameters (utm tags, gclid, fbclid), the referring page and the first page you opened. We use this to understand which channels bring clients.
Technical data: an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address and your browser type. We never store the raw IP address — only an irreversible hash used to protect the form from automated submissions.
Anonymous visit statistics: pages, approximate region, device type and traffic source. These are collected by our own web analytics service hosted on our infrastructure. It uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
We do not collect special categories of data such as health, religious or political views, or biometrics.
3. Why we do it
- To answer your enquiry, clarify the task and prepare a proposal.
- To perform the contract if we start working together.
- To protect the form from automated submissions.
- To improve the website based on anonymous statistics.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and the necessity of performing a contract (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”).
We do not use your contacts for newsletters and never share them with third parties.
4. Cookies
The site uses technical files only:
- remembering your chosen interface language;
- a session file for site administrators after signing in to the admin panel.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
5. Retention
Form submissions are kept for 3 months after our last communication about the enquiry and then deleted. If we begin working together, data is kept for the term of the contract and the period required by accounting legislation.
6. Sharing
With nobody. The website, database and mail service run on our own infrastructure in Ukraine. No cross-border data transfer takes place.
We may disclose data only at the request of state authorities in the cases expressly provided by law.
7. How we protect it
- The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Only studio administrators can access submissions, after signing in with a password.
- Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes and service keys are encrypted.
- IP addresses are stored only as a hash.
8. Your rights
You may:
- find out what data of yours we process;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion or withdraw your consent;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Minors
The site is not aimed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
